·        Confidential Employee & Family Assistance Plan  (EAP)

o     A free & confidential counseling and information service available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year for employees and their families.  No one at Standen’s is told that you used EAP’s services.

o     EAP provides confidential professional assistance for a wide range of issues such as: Stress, relationships, childcare, eldercare, depression, addiction, bereavement, legal, financial, career, crisis, and many other issues.

o     You may request Counselors who speak your preferred language.

o     If you are not satisfied with a counselor you may request a different counselor.

·        Modified Work Programs to assist injured or disabled employees return to work

o     Standen’s recognizes that gentle activity often speeds healing.

o     We make every effort to provide modified or light duty jobs for disabled employees regardless of the cause of the disability.

·        On-site Cafeteria in Building

o     Standen's subsidizes the costs to reduce the cafeteria food prices.

o     Healthy food items are available with regular menu items.

o     Special orders are available.

o     Orders can be charged in the cafeteria using your access card and deducted from your pay.
