For example SPC data is enter on-line into specialized computer programs in many areas to maintain control on key characteristics.
Standen's employs sophisticated custom developed computer monitoring of our production lines to control everything from furnace temperatures to quench oil agitation to hydraulics and other key metrics.
On-line hardness testing, magnetic particle inspection (MPI), coordinate axis measurement machines are a few examples of our specialized measurement, inspection, and testing equipment.
Our metallurgy laboratory and destructive and non-destructive testing methods give us the ability to analyze and improve our products on a continuous basis.
