Communication & Feedback · Company Newsletter published quarterly o Mailed directly to your home. · Regular Department Town Hall or Tool Box Meetings o Group discussions on specific topics including corporate or department issues. · Company Intranet o Electronic source for company information, job postings, menus, newsletters, · Employee Representative Committee o Employee Representatives meet with the owners of Standen's on a regular basis. o Reps can voice employee concerns that have not been satisfactorily addressed by supervisors. o Employee Reps advocate to owners on behalf of employees. o Reps provide input on important plans and developments. · Employee Suggestions & Feedback is Encouraged o We know that those closest to the activity know best what works & what doesn’t work. o We encourage all employees to submit their suggestions, comments, praise, & criticisms through a variety of methods including submitting them to: o supervisors, o department heads, o suggestion boxes, o Employee surveys, o email, o employee reps, o Human Resources, or o other supervisors or managers o Every comment & suggestion we receive is reviewed and considered.
