Environmentally
Friendly Products and Processes.
Standen's steel leaf springs and other products bring more than superior stability and performance -- they are environmentally friendly. Spring steel is recycled, not discarded in land fills like rubber or fiber reinforced plastics. Our raw material is purchased from high tech steel mills committed to the recycling process.
All Standen's plants are fired by clean burning natural gas. We also recapture, scrub and recycle quenching oils and other materials used in the manufacturing process.
Standen's routinely recycles all it's paper and consumables. It's important to us to do our part to ensure a cleaner world for future generations.
