Company Wide Profit Sharing Each year a portion of Standen's profits is put aside to share with all employees who have been with Standen's for over 6 months. When we reduce waste in our jobs and improve profits, everybody wins! Performance Incentives Employees in many departments have the opportunity to increase their wages through performance bonuses. These bonuses may be paid every pay period, monthly or annually depending on the position. These bonuses are paid based on quality output of the employee or department and the employee's individual performance and contribution to the Company. Standen's is continually looking at ways to improve our incentive systems. Regular Wage Reviews Standen's increases wages based on individual performance. High performers receive larger increases than average performers. Employee Referral Program Bonuses are paid to employees for successful referrals of new employees.

GROUP BENEFITS COVERAGE	Extended Health Plan Prescription drug coverage less a $2.00 deductible for each prescription/refill. Hospital care, outpatient services, semi-private hospital room. Out of Province (Travel) Medical Insurance Emergency medical coverage while you are traveling. Check your specific requirements and your Sun Life policy. You may not need to purchase additional travel insurance when you travel.

PROTECTING THE FUTURE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY	Life Insurance Coverage for two times your annual basic earnings for most employees. Dependent coverage for spouse and children. Optional additional life insurance coverage is available. Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Coverage is equal to life insurance coverage, times a specified percentage depending the type of the loss suffered Includes spouse's occupational training benefit and child education benefit. Short Term Disability Insurance Covers your wages if become totally disabled. Covers from 26 weeks until you are no longer disabled or reach age 65.

RETIREMENT PLANNING	Matching Defined Contribution Pension Plan Upon eligibility, Standen's will match 100% of your pension contributions to this plan up to 5% of your regular earnings. This is an excellent way to double your retirement savings and benefit from the tax savings as well. Full vested after 2 years of contributions.
