Our primary raw material – steel - is the most recycled material in the world.  Our high tech steel suppliers recycle scrap steel into to the high quality alloy spring steel used in most of our products.

Standen's uses clean burning natural gas in our manufacturing processes.

Our heat-treating lines are computer controlled to efficiently heat-treat the steel while eliminating wasted energy and materials.

Standen's recycles all our paper and other consumables and continues to reduce our environmental footprint through continuous improvement and eliminating waste throughout the organization.

Standen's environmental programs are audited and registered to the prestigious ISO-14001 International Environmental Standard.
